We are asking for donations of hats, underwear, gloves, and socks to be distributed locally. All donations need to be delivered to the office by December 9th.

Congratulations to our students who won Chouteau Public Library’s Annual Thanksgiving Poetry Contest. Makayla Rawdon was the first place winner for her poem Quirky Turkey and James White won second place for his poem Thanksgiving Morning.

Please join us in the Main Gym for a district-wide Veterans Day Assembly. Veterans are encouraged to stay for a special lunch provided by FFA in the hospitality room beside the cafeteria.

CMS Pink Out football game is Monday, Oct. 17th. Everyone wear pink
Middle dance is this Friday and Saturday, October 21st and 22nd. Admission is $3.
Friday is for 7th and 8th grade from 6:00 to 8:00. Saturday is for 5th and 6th grade from 6:00 to 7:30.
We are looking for parents and/or guardians of JOM students to serve on our Indian Education Committee. One of the most important components of the JOM program is parent involvement. Parents of JOM eligible children will have an opportunity to get involved in the development of the JOM program at their school. School employees can not serve on the committee.
Elections for JOM Indian Education Committee members will be held Monday, October 10th at 6:30 in the administration office
Don't forget we are still collecting money in our Links of Love campaign to present to Mrs. McCurry at our Coaches vs Cancer game on October 13th. Links are .25 each or 4 for a dollar.
