In compliance with the No Child Left Behind Act, Chouteau-Mazie Public Schools would like to inform you that if you have any questions on the following information, please contact your child’s principal or administration office and this information will be made available to you. 

• The number and percentage of schools identified for school improvement
• Professional qualifications of teachers
• How students performed on the state academic assessment compared to the state as a whole
• Graduation rates for students
• Student achievement at each proficiency level
